Hair accessories usually fit in two categories; juvenile or sophisticated. They can be fun little butterfly clips for little girls or they can be pearl pins in a bridal style updo. Watching the American Music Awards, I found a new category for accessories thanks to the always innovative, Kelly Osbourne. The spiked hair combs added to her braided coiffure seemed to mirror her status in popular culture as rock royalty and it seems it could be worn on any occasion. The only issue with the hair piece for this occasion was that it clashed with her earrings. The earrings were so dainty they took away from the impact of the hairpiece. If you have a unique hair accessory that you can’t quite figure out how to pull off, our stylists at Architeqt Salon can create the perfect style to match. As many of us will be hosting holiday parties, the perfect upstyle and accessory can make you look stunning for the holidays.
As the holiday season quickly approaches, we all scramble to find the perfect hairstyles to look great in our holiday pictures. Scheduling an appointment can be daunting as many people are sitting in the salon chair for hours processing color treatments and highlights. Despite all of the effort it takes to transform our manes, it’s worth it when we look fabulous at the company holiday party. What better way to get you noticed and ask about that raise? Getting bangs is the easiest way to make that dramatic change with the least amount of commitment. Still not convinced those fabulous fringes are for you? Here are 3 reasons why you should consider getting bangs this holiday season.
# 3 BANGS CAN DRAMATIZE YOUR EYES & MAKE A GREAT FIRST IMPRESSION
It’s been said that blondes have all the fun, but bangs are all the rave. Blunt bangs slightly above the eyes can give you that sexy mystery woman look while flirty bands swept across your forehead can give you that sweet girl-next-door look. If meeting your significant others’ parents for the first time this holiday season, the girl-next-door look might be just the right touch. Longer bangs can take you from conservative to Rock n Roll in a matter of minutes. Regardless of your bang preference, a woman with bangs says I’m daring and interesting which makes for a great conversation starter.
#2 BANGS CAN CHANGE THE APPEARANCE OF YOUR HAIR TEXTURE & COMPLIMENT YOUR FACE SHAPE
Cold winter weather means you’ll most likely be wearing hats or hoods which makes for embarrassing flat hat hair if you have fine-textured hair. Blunt bangs have the ability to make fine hair appear fuller and added with layers and a dry shampoo becomes a great quick fix to flat hair.
Bangs can also enhance a longer or narrow face shape and hide those forehead lines or even fix a misshaped hairline.
#1 BANGS CAN COMBAT ANY AGE FACTOR
Tired of grandma squeezing the life out of your cheeks every season? What better way to show grandma that you’re all grown up then getting choppy bangs. Bangs are so versatile, that the perfect shape can make you look younger or older! In the contrast, if grandma wants to show her grandkids that she’s still fresh and hip, soft wispy bangs can soften harsh lines in the face and give you an instant glow.
STILL WORRIED ABOUT THE MAINTENANCE? HERE at Architeqt Salon, we offer the best services to maintain your bangs with little to no hassle, which makes the transformation so much easier. Architeqt Salon offers lessons in maintenance and care. We suggest our biweekly bang trims to keep your bangs the perfect shape and our Keratin Treatment for bangs will reduce the flat iron damage up to 3 months. Book your appointment with Architeqt salon, and let your hair be the last of your worries this holiday season!
