Alexey has worked as a platform educator for companies such as Goldwell, Sahag and his own venture Fountainhead Beauty. While working on many of the city’s fashion shows he has also worked on feature films and produced and contributed to photoshoots for TV personalities, magazines, boutiques and universities. Alexey designed his own line of cutting and styling tools and educates both hairdressers and clients on hair cutting and styling. In addition to doing custom color and keratin treatments, Alexey has been perfecting his dry-cutting technique for years and considers haircutting a form of sculpture.
Though generally within the Philadelphia area managing Architeqt, Alexey can also be found working in New York, bi-monthly to accommodate his dedicated clients.
Pawel Jan has also studied directly under the supervision of the late John Sahag and subsequently became a member of his artistic team. He has also worked on artistic teams with J Beverly Hills and Kemon. Pawel has worked with many prestigious clients including, Carmen Marc Valvo, Nicole Miller, Derek Lam, Christian Louboutin, and Neiman Marcus. He continues his extensive education, keeping him in the forefront of the industry.
Since graduating from a top Philadelphia cosmetology school, jean Madeline, Brittiany Cunningham has worked in premier salons such as Haig and company and the Studio CL, before finding her home at Architeqt Salon and Gallery.
Whether it’s a daring color change (for which she has won “Best of Philly 2013” ) , drastic cut or elegant evening look, Brittiany works with her clients to achieve their most complimentary look and style. With a passion for editorial and bridal work, “B” excels at creating personalized and artistic designs for photo-shoots and fashion events. Brittiany also specializes in adding length and volume to various hair textures as Architeqt salon’s extension guru.
As a Philadelphia native Jennifer Luszczak has trained with some of New York and Philadelphia’s top stylists. With a strong passion for the industry and sharing her knowledge, Jennifer became a color educator for L’Oreal Professional. During her training, she has mastered the art of Balayage Highlighting and adopted a dry haircutting method. As licensed make-up artist and bridal expert, Jennifer’s work has been featured on local networks as well as fashion shows. She has also been awarded “Best of Philly- Best Blowout” by Philadelphia Magazine.

Katya Rodionova graduated from The Lab, a Paul Mitchel School in 2010, she continued her training at the Vidal Sassoon Academy and took part in various workshops for Goldwell Color and Donna Bella extensions. After gaining experience in a Princeton based salon, Katya joined the Architeqt team where she finished her apprenticeship for Dry cutting and advanced color techniques. Katya loves all things fashion and is inspired to project her vision through her craft. Her philosophy is to make her clients look beautiful by creating hairstyles that enhance their natural features.
Jessica Gonsalves started her career in New Jersey and brought her talent here to Philadelphia. Having a strong passion for education she has become a L’Oreal Professional educator. She also has advanced education with Vidal Sassoon ,and L’Oreal Professional Soho Academy.She has advanced herself in cutting edge color techniques and sleek styles.Jessica has mastered the art of airbrush make-up and Up Styles whether it’s bridal or any formal event.
Hayley Kepner graduated from Jean Madeline and finished her dry-cutting and color apprenticeship under Alexey. She moved on to Kutztown to build a local following and gain experience behind the chair. After her return to the Philadelphia area, Hayley Joined the Architeqt team where she splits her time between taking clients and honing her skills with the newest trends and techniques.
Sequoya graduated, Jean Madeline, in 2008. Post-graduation, she apprenticed under a master stylist in her home town in Bucks County. The wild west was calling, so Sequoya packed up and headed for the Rocky Mountains. She found inspiration in the natural tones of the mountains and landscape for her hair color clients. Coming back to Philadelphia in early 2013 Sequoya continued her training at the Redken Symposium, Aveda advanced color seminars, keratin certifications and various bridal workshops. Bridal work has been a focused passion, especially creating looks ranging from a soft bohemian styles to vintage waves. Sequoya embraced Architeqt’s dry cutting technique and is continuing growing her skill set behind the chair. Her goal for each guest is to create beautiful, wearable hair.
