At Architeqt, we stand behind the quality of our work and want you to love your hair. If you are not fully satisfied with your service, please let us know within14 days of your appointment so we can make it right.

Our Commitment

• We are happy to schedule a complimentary adjustment appointment to address your concern, preferably with the same stylist who performed the original service. If that stylist is unavailable, another qualified Architeqt stylist can perform the adjustment.
• Adjustments are offered for the same service and style originally booked. This means we will fine-tune, not completely change, the look you originally requested.

What’s Not Covered

• Changes of mind or requests for a completely different color, cut, or style from what was agreed upon during your original service.
• Results that differ from your expectations due to incomplete or unclear information provided during the consultation.
• Fading, damage, or changes caused by improper home care, swimming, sun exposure, or other external factors.
• Services performed elsewhere after your Architeqt appointment.

Timing

• Redo appointments must be scheduled within 14 days of your original service date.
• After 14 days, a new appointment and regular service charges will apply.

How to Request a Redo

Please call or email our front desk to explain your concern. We may request photos before booking your redo appointment to ensure the right amount of time is reserved.

Our goal is always to ensure you leave the salon looking and feeling your best — and confident in the Architeqt experience.
