Monica began her journey in the world of beauty in 2016, driven by a passion for creativity and connection. After completing beauty school, she immersed herself in the industry until 2020, when she took a brief pause to help manage her family’s business during the pandemic.
By early 2024, Monica returned to her craft at Architeqt Salon, where she trained under Sequoya and completed Architeqt’s intensive apprenticeship program, refining her technical and artistic skills.
She’s since developed a love for dry cutting sleek bobs and textured long layers, and is known for creating seamless, soft highlights and rich brunette tones that reflect her clients’ individuality and lifestyle. For Monica, the most rewarding part of her work is witnessing the confidence and joy her guests feel when they see their finished look.
When she’s not behind the chair, Monica enjoys spending time with friends and family, dancing, and exploring creative outlets such as pottery and makeup artistry.
